Can not fault the friendly and professional service.
I had a very expensive all in one computer which went wrong after only three years.
Steve at 365 Computers was just about the only technician that would even look at it ,but I still ended up having to send it away,which was quite expensive .After a long wait I was told that it would cost me a great deal of money to mend . 365 came to my rescue again and built me a new computer to my specifications for an extremely reasonable price. I would NEVER even consider buying an all in one computer again . A very costly lesson to learn. Thank you David and Steve. I would defiantly recommend to anyone who cares about value and customer service.
I lost my internet connection.As my IP provider is Virgin Media I naturally contacted them for assistance.
After spending an initial twenty minutes on the 'phone with no joy, I was advised to buy an ethernet cable and then hopefully, they would be able to diagnose the problem. I did as they suggested and spent anther thirty minutes whilst they tried to sort out my problem. Eventually they said that I would need a new Network Card, and it would an expensive purchase.
I 'phoned 365 Computers to try and establish a price. I was advised to turn off my wi-fi modem and my computer, wait five minutes, switch on my modem, wait another five minutes and then restart my pc, and hey presto the problem was solved and I was back on the Net!
I you're thinking of joining Virgin, be careful, I could have had a very expensive experience!
I found these guys on google so i gave them a call as my fan stopped working on my laptop, they said that it could just be the fan is clogged up and will just need to be blasted out, so i took my laptop in, and sure enough that's what it was,and this service was completely free so i am one very happy customer. Very polite and friendly service would highly recommend these guys.
